Active Rain - A New Community for Realtors

With my ties to the real estate industry, I was fascinated when ActiveRain came to my attention. This is a fantastic way for realtors, and other people involved in the industry to connect with one another and really form an online community. These days it seems as though there are enough social networking sites for just about everyone, but realtors had been left out until now thanks to this new Real estate network.



I was really impressed with the overall site design and the features that they offer their members. There's a forum to help you interact with other realtors (and it's a great place to pick up tips and learn more about industry trends, a page dedicated just to you that can easily be discovered by search engines (this is a very important feature, especially for realtors in smaller towns), your very own blog to assist you in becoming a recognized expert and a whole lot more.

You can create a profile on the network, and earn points for every view you get. Check out mine! It is very simple and easy to use, even the most non-technical users will be able to take advantage of all that this community has to offer. I also enjoyed all of the information and tools that they provide to help realtors and others in the industry to really make them a success.
