One of the interesting trends to hit the real estate and home owner market is Reverse Mortgages. If you haven't heard about them, they are a special kind of loan that allows homeowners who are over the age of 62 to draw on the equity of their home, without having to worry about loosing their home.

Personally, I like to see companies that don't leave out this very important demographic. This particular company has some great celebrity backing (James Garner) and an interesting approach. I like their style and they've made their site very easy to navigate. Just the right amount of tools, and information.
