There has always been an issue when it comes to college students finding the right jobs after graduation. There's a huge crop of potential new hires, but businesses may not be able to attract them. Business owners take note - this is definitely the place to start looking for fresh young talent. I gave it a spin, just to see what to expect from the service. I love the channel idea which divides up specific industries and then creates a landing point for people with skills in this area. Great idea! I like the RSS feeds for new jobs.
