Looking for a job in all the wrong places?

A bunch of new tech job boards have sprung up over the past few weeks. Michael Arrington over at TechCrunch, just launched his - called CrunchBoard and it seems to be taking off. There were some really great jobs posted there this morning, and it looks like a lot of companies are ponying up the $200 listing fee.

37Signals also has a great job board - and it is also chock full of high-tech jobs. While I wonder how many of these boards the market can support, for now, with things going well in the industry, you can easily find some high paying jobs worthy of your expertise. It's nice to see a previously empty niche being filled, but you have to wonder if this will still be here in a few years, should there be yet another bubble.

On the plus side for companies, this is a fantastic way to reach out to an extremely qualified crowd for your projects. Whether you are developing a one-off application, or you need someone in-house full time, you now have an easy way to find a deep pool of hyper-qualified applicants.
